The double-sided Neonate Bilirubin Phototherapy equipment NBB-IV is an intensive phototherapy device providing a large effective treatment area while meeting the AAP Guidelines for intensive phototherapy. It provides double-sided LED phototherapy radiation. The bed temperature mode is servo controlled by a microcomputer.
Consists of Baby temperature detection and LCD color display. Consists of self-checking, a timer for phototherapy time and multiple failure alarms such as over-temperature alarm, sensor alarm, temperature deviation alarm, motor fan failed alarm, etc. Also consists of environmental temperature detection and a transparent curtain surrounded by an upper lightbox to preserve thermal energy.
The heating-up time is 2 hours (mattress temperature rises from 23°C to 37°C). The working noise of the bed surface is less than or equal to 55dB(A). The lifetime of the LED is 20000hrs. The maximum value of upper phototherapy of general bilirubin radiation is ≥4.5mW/cm² at 28cm irradiation distance. The maximum value of nether phototherapy of general bilirubin radiation is ≥4.0mW/cm² with all LED on.
