Patient Dresses also known as hospital gowns is a long loose piece of clothing worn in a hospital by someone having an operation. It can also be used as clothing for bedridden patients. They have many names, depending on the purpose and style of the gown. Generally known as hospital gowns collectively, they are also referred to by many as patient gowns or medical gowns. Not to be confused with surgical gowns, which is the protective clothing worn by surgeons and operating theatre staff.
